Meet Adam Kim, LPC

Hi, I'm Adam.
Like many of the people I work with, I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your own mind - overthinking, procrastinating, second-guessing, and wondering why things that seem easy for others can feel so hard.
My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a practical approach that helps people change their relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions so those experiences don’t have to run their lives.
Rather than focusing only on symptom management, I help people clarify what matters, build psychological flexibility, and take meaningful action even when life feels messy, uncertain, or uncomfortable.
Whether you’re navigating ADHD, anxiety, burnout, or a general sense of feeling stuck, my goal is to offer a space that is warm, practical, and focused on helping you live more fully.
