Hi, I'm Adam.

I know what it’s like to go through life feeling like I'm not good enough.  Because of an ADHD diagnosis, I've struggled with things that seemed so easy for others – losing focused, being disorganized and procrastinating. Throughout my life I internalized these struggles as personal failings. I thought I just needed to try harder or be more disciplined.

It wasn’t until my diagnosis that I began to understand howADHD actually works—and how much compassion I truly needed. Things started to change once I faced myself with kindness.

My aim is to help bring that same understanding andcompassion to my therapy with you. I work with clients to slow down and lookcuriously at the patterns that control us. My clients start to feel more space and freedom to choose their owndecisions as we take those steps together.

Whether you're curious about a potential diagnosis, managing long-standing ADHD symptoms, or simply feeling stuck and overwhelmed, I am hereto help you.  I offer a supportive space where you can better understand yourself and start building the tools to thrive.
